As we lead up to Valentine’s day this weekend, I thought we would follow on trend but veer away from the cliched form of valentines and instead practice a metta meditation.
This loving-kindness meditation, also known as a metta meditation, is a mindfulness practice inspired by the teachings of Sharon Salzberg. I offer this here as a grounded alternative to Valentine’s Day consumer culture.
